Dr Amir Iqbal (m), MBCHB, FRCGP– GP partner
Dr Iqbal was brought up and schooled in Glasgow. He trained at Aberdeen University, graduating in 2002 before staying on to work at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and train as a GP. He joined the Denburn medical practice, as a partner, in 2012 and has special areas of interest in substance misuse, information technology and technology enabled care. Dr Iqbal is a GP trainer and also works part time at the Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership as a clinical lead.
In 2018, as a mark of honour, recognition of achievement and his significant contribution toward General Practice, Dr Iqbal was awarded with a Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
Dr Iqbal normally works 4 days per week Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
